Conscious Caring class- Postpartum Prep- Infant Massage 10/21 @ Heartland Yoga

Picture
Infant massage class is so much more than technique. It’s about confidence in your innate wisdom of how to care for your child. All humans long for connection. Creating a ritual of tuning into your feelings and giving your loved one your full attention becomes a resource to draw from during the stressful and mundane moments of living.

Conscious Caring classwork will include discussion on specific care topics between mindful stretching, turning inward through breath work and centering with the group. The focus is self care while learning to make parenting choices.

Families are welcome to bring infants who are not yet crawling. Bottle and breastfeeding friendly environment. It’s also wonderful to join us if your are still expecting!
