Warming up?

Picture
Winter’s chill encourages us to cozy up, cuddle in and turn to our own inner reflections on what has been and what may come. Are you taking the time for rest and sleep? Our culture of constant stimulus and pushed productivity does not often support the vital need for rest.
Recent studies demonstrate the importance of sleep in maintaining health; mental, cardiovascular, immune systems as well as potential prevention of Alzheimer’s Disease through the abatement of beta amyloid.
One massage session can promote deeper sleep and your body’s ability to heal itself. Searching to treat your loved one this month? Consider a gift certificate for massage. Even better, nurture your Self, with a warm, restful bodywork session!
